These terms are the agreement between you and Music Mergers Marketing Group ("Music Mergers", "we") for use of the Music Mergers app and services. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
The app is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it on devices you own or control, for your own professional or personal music activity. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app, or use it to build a competing service.
You must be at least 16 to hold an account, or at least 18 in the United Kingdom. The app asks for your date of birth when you first sign in, and accounts under the minimum age cannot be used. Outside the United Kingdom, if you are 16 or 17, a parent or legal guardian must agree, through the app, before you accept a letter of intent, sign a split sheet or release music, and deal meetings are held by video only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at the address in section 13 if you believe it has been compromised.
A&R accounts are issued by Music Mergers rather than self-registered, and may be withdrawn if the holder no longer represents the organisation they were issued to.
Memberships are auto-renewable subscriptions, and one is required to use each portal:
Prices are in US dollars. The price and billing period shown before you confirm a purchase are the ones that apply.
How you pay. You can pay through the Apple App Store or Google Play. In the United States, iPhone users can also pay on the web through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Royalties. You keep 70% of the royalties your releases earn; our distribution partner, EMPIRE, retains 30% for delivery and collection. We take no share of your royalties — your membership is the only thing you pay us.
Your releases stay live when your membership ends, and keep paying you. Royalties for releases distributed through us continue to be paid after you cancel. We do not take a release down because you cancelled, your subscription lapsed, or a payment failed. A live release comes down only if you ask for a takedown, if our distribution rules require it (for example, undisclosed AI-generated content or a rights claim), or if our distribution partner or a store removes it under its own policies. Submitting new releases requires an active membership.
App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies; we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or from your Google Play order history.
Web purchases made through Stripe are refunded by us:
To request a web refund, email aston@triplemgrp.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and a refunded subscription ends when the refund is issued. Releases already distributed stay live and keep paying royalties, as described above.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster. If the law where you live gives you more rights, such as a cooling-off period, those rights apply and nothing here limits them.
Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects a renewal.
You keep ownership of everything you upload — recordings, lyrics, artwork, documents, and messages. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, transmit, and display that content strictly to operate the service for you and to show it to the people you direct it to. That licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Music Mergers Marketing Group and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your releases or catalog moves, your breach of these terms, your breach of any agreement you have with a third party (including a previous distributor, label or publisher), or your violation of anyone else's rights.
Releases you submit for distribution are delivered to stores through Empire Distribution ("Empire") or another distributor we may use. Submitting a release is a request, not a guarantee of acceptance, placement or release date, which Empire and each store decide under their own policies. You keep 70% of the royalties your releases earn and Empire retains 30% for delivery and collection; we take no share of your royalties. You must truthfully disclose any AI-generated or AI-assisted content when you submit a release.
When you ask us to move a release you already distributed elsewhere, you confirm that you own or control its recordings and artwork; that no exclusive agreement, unrecouped advance, notice period or other obligation to your previous distributor, a label or anyone else prevents the move; and that the audio, codes and details you give are those of the existing release. Ending your agreement with your previous distributor, taking down the earlier copy once the app tells you it is safe, and collecting earnings already owed to you there are your responsibility; we do not act for you with your previous distributor. A move reuses a release's original codes so stores can link it to its history, but each store decides whether play counts, playlist placements and links carry over, and we cannot guarantee that they will. We or Empire may ask for proof of ownership, decline or delay a move, or withdraw a moved release if its ownership is disputed.
A letter of intent sent through Music Mergers is a non-binding expression of interest. It does not create a recording, publishing, management, or distribution agreement, it does not transfer any right in a work, and it does not obligate either party to enter into a deal. Nothing in the app is legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer review any agreement before you sign it.
Split sheets and other documents you sign through the app are records of what you agreed. Their legal effect depends on the law where you are and on the facts of the collaboration. We provide the tool, not the advice.
You agree not to:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section. A suspended account is hidden from discovery and can appeal in the app within 30 days; an account whose suspension is upheld, or that does not appeal, may then be removed through the same deletion process as a user's own request.
If the app shows your YouTube channel, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. The service uses YouTube API Services.
Music Mergers Marketing Group responds to notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). To report material in the app that infringes your copyright, email aston@triplemgrp.com with: your physical or electronic signature; the work you say is infringed; the material and where it appears in the app; your address, phone number and email; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. A member whose material is removed may send a counter-notice that meets 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
If you encounter content or behaviour that breaches section 6, report it from within the app or email us at the address in section 13. We review reports and act on them, which may include removing content, restricting an account, or terminating it. We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours.
Some features generate output using AI, including artwork, transcripts, and written plans. Generated output can be wrong, and generated artwork may resemble existing work. You are responsible for checking anything you publish or rely on. We make no warranty that generated output is original, accurate, or free to use.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, or where required by law. Sections 4, 5, 8, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any A&R will contact you, that any deal will result, that any figure, score, or estimate shown in the app is accurate, or any result at a distributor or store, including stream counts and playlist placements carrying over when a release is moved. Momentum scores, benchmarks, and eligibility information are informational and not a promise of any outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Music Mergers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing here removes a consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
We may update these terms. For a material change we will give notice in the app before it takes effect, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

Where you obtained the app from the App Store: this agreement is between you and Music Mergers, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims. If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property, Music Mergers, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Questions, complaints and claims about the app go to Music Mergers Marketing Group at aston@triplemgrp.com. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.
MusicMergers, Music Mergers, Music Mergers Marketing Group and the MM logo are names and marks of Music Mergers Marketing Group. You may not use them for an app, account, website, page or offer without our written permission, or in a way that suggests we endorse or run something we do not.
The only official app is MusicMergers (bundle ID com.musicmergers.app) in the Apple App Store and on Google Play. We never ask for your password, a payment or a fee outside the app's own screens and our Stripe checkout, and A&Rs never charge you to be heard. If you see an app, account or message that claims to be us, do not sign in to it or pay it, and tell us at aston@triplemgrp.com.
