You can have specific data removed without closing your account. Some items you can delete yourself in the app; anything else we will delete on request. If you want your whole account removed instead, see Delete Your Account.
These items have a delete control on the screen they appear on:
| Data | Where |
|---|---|
| Writer's Room notes and lyrics | Writer's Room → open the note → Delete (Artist and Songwriter portals) |
| Writer's Room projects | Writer's Room → project picker → Delete |
| Talent notes | A&R portal → talent profile → notes panel → Delete note |
| Scouting pipeline entries | A&R portal → Talents → Remove from Scouting Pipeline |
Not every category has its own delete button in the app yet. For anything not listed above — including tracks, session recordings, uploads and artwork in your Vault, your EPK, profile fields, or messages you have sent — email us and we will delete it.
We action these within 30 days, at no cost, and we do not ask why. Your account stays open and everything you did not ask us to remove is untouched.
Why email for some categories? We would rather say plainly that a per-item delete button does not exist yet than imply one does and have you hunt for it. The email route deletes exactly the same data from the same systems; it just costs you one message. Per-item controls are being added, and this page will be updated as they ship.
Two categories survive a deletion request. Both exist because the record belongs to another person as much as to you.
We are also required to keep certain transaction and tax records for the period the relevant law specifies. Nothing in any of these categories is used to contact you or to market to you.
Data you delete yourself in the app is removed from your account immediately and purged from our systems within 30 days. Data you ask us to delete by email is actioned within 30 days of us verifying your request. Backups are overwritten on the same cycle.
If a request has not been actioned, or you want written confirmation that it completed, email aston@triplemgrp.com. What we collect and the legal bases for it are set out in our Privacy Policy.
